For some of my services, yes. I am in network with several major insurance companies for individual therapy: United, Cigna, BCBS, Kaiser Colorado, and Aetna. A small portion of therapy intensives can be billable, but generally they are not covered by any insurance plan.

Without insurance, individual therapy sessions are $150 per 50 minute session. EMDR Intensives start at $1200 for a 4 hour session. KAP intensives start at $700 for a 3 hour dosing session.

A therapy intensive is a short-term program that involves a lot of focused therapy in a short amount of time. I offer 1, 2, and 3 day EMDR intensives, which are 4 hour sessions each. Ketamine Assisted Intensives are typically 3 hours during the dosing session, with additional integration sessions in between dosing sessions. Intensives can help you make significant progress in just a few hours or days, rather than work through your concerns much more slowly in weekly therapy.
-
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) involves longer dosing sessions, during which the client is monitored and supported by the therapist while they are in an altered state through prescribed, therapeutic doses of ketamine. Ketamine greatly increases the neuroplasticity of the brain and often allows people to get unstuck and gain big insights. But that neuroplasticity window closes after just a few days, so the key is to also do the work in therapy to understand your journey and make real changes in your life while you’re feeling particularly open and ready. Both a therapist and a prescribing medical provider will be part of your KAP experience. For more info, see the KAP page.
