Your story is powerful.

Your story isn’t detrimental to your case. In fact, it might actually be an essential part of it. Several types of immigration cases can be supported by a forensic mental health assessment. I provide evaluations and reports for the following types of immigration cases:

  • Asylum

  • VAWA

  • Hardship waiver

  • T-Visa

  • U-Visa

Evaluations are generally completed online over Zoom, with professional medical interpreters when needed.

I provide evaluations to clients located in Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, Utah, and Washington.
